If you are a domestic or foreign company (20-500+ employees) that manufactures, packages, labels or holds dietary supplements, or are involved with the activities of testing, quality control, packaging and labeling, and distributing dietary supplements in the U.S, then you are required to comply with the new current Good Manufacturing Practices regulations.
